Weather: clear skies, very cold

It is colder out tonight that is has been for the past couple weeks. It is a biting cold and I can easily see my breath. There is no snow on the ground whatsoever, odd for February. The sky is clear tonight, no clouds block the stars. I hear a wind chime and an exhaust pipe blowing out air from my neighbors house. There is a plane in the distance and the leaves on the ground rustle from the slight wind. Other than that it is a very quiet night.
