Pretty calm day with not much wind. Lots of birds and other animals were out today. Sunny but cold weather this afternoon. Less and less animals are showing up everyday.

For the past few days, the weather has been fabulous! There has been no rain, snow, or high winds. Today is no exception! These weather conditions have meant that it is perfect for going outside, which I did. As I was outside, I noticed that most of the trees in my yard had lost all their leaves already. However, the few leaves that were left on the trees were wonderful shades of yellow, orange, and even red! The last thing that I noticed was that the grass in my lawn had taken on a more yellow appearance. This might be because of less water and sunlight in the shorter fall days. Fall is such a wonderful time to go outside and enjoy nature!

My trees leaves have almost all fallen off. i still dont hear any birds. The days are getting shorter while it is getting colder. Up north this morning there was snow on they ground! It has been a dry summer so some of the grass is yellow. the highs now are only in the 50's that means winter is on its way. The weather has been changing rapidly so observe it while you can.

Nice October Afternoon

I found a ton of dry yellow grass and dirt today. The leaves are all gone, either bagged up, blown away, or a combination of both. My blackhill spruce tree is still half dead and I don't know what to do to revive it. I hope there will be a bit of snow soon. Have a good day! ;-)

Geese and ducks are swimming and fishing in my pond in my backyard. The tree in my front yard is finally bare. All the leaves almost coat the ground. I haven't gotten a chance to rake them yet. The early birds are getting to worms. Beautifully balanced day!
