Weather: Very Sunny, with few clouds, mild temperatures (mid-30s), very low wind.
Normally in Minnesota, the ground would be frozen and be covered in a few inches of snow, but for the past few weeks there has been minimal snow and the temperatures very mild. Occasionally, it rained, but never turned into snow and by this point all of the remaining white stuff from a few weeks earlier has melted. Trees and plants might have a negative reaction to all of this heat, especially if they start growing again and there is a large snowstorm in January or something along those lines.

Weather: Sunny, slightly windy, chilly
The snow from the previous week has either melted or turned into very smooth, slippery ice. The snow from the week before had soaked all of the unraked dry leaves, making it a much harder task to clear them out so there are large piles of leaves sitting in yards. The Halloween ornaments have been replaced with objectively cheesier holiday ornaments like inflatable penguins and blinky lights wrapped around trees. The weather has been getting progressively colder, and the squirrels are nowhere to be seen. Ii can safely predict that it's just going to get colder from here on out, and more snow should be arriving soon.

Weather: partly cloudy, chilly, minimal wind.
The grass is getting significantly more brown, along with most garden plants. The temperature had a sharp drop in the past week, and squirrel sightings are minimal. The tree branches are almost completely bare, and yards raked. Holiday decorations are changing from jack-o-lanterns into multicolored lights and snowmen. There is slight wind, and I can almost see my breath.

Weather: Partly cloudy, uncharacteristically warm, low wind, no precipitation.
The amount of fall gourds displayed will reach a seasonal high soon, along with various yard decorations. Insects are at a minimum, but squirrels are more active. Leaves are falling rapidly and some trees are completely bare. There are some produce remains in gardens, like tomatoes that didn't ripen soon enough. The grass is varied in color, from a nice green to a light tan. Although the fall season is progressing, it was unusually warm today.
